He aimed for the University of Tokyo from middle school and attended a major cram school from his first year of high school, but even after failing the entrance exam once, he couldn't get in and ended up at Gakushuin University. Up to this point, he's just a typical example of someone with high aspirations but very little ability, a common academic snob. There are tons of these annoying people both online and in real life. However, blaming the cram school he attended for not being able to beat the real-life geniuses is just too lame. Major cram schools offer well-researched curricula, so even if you can't get into the University of Tokyo just by following along, if you work hard, you should be able to get into a lower-ranking faculty at Waseda or Keio, or a higher-ranking faculty at MARCH. But the fact that he blames the cram school for it gives the impression that he's the worst kind of person you'd find on 2ch's academic forum. The fact that he's still making statements that worship the importance of academic rankings shows that he's not an educator, but just a vulgar influencer. So shallow.
